Canthopexy: A single suture, minimally invasive technique to tighten the lower lid horizontally and raise the lateral canthal angle. This technique is tissue sparing and indicated where the lateral canthal angle structures have not been dissociated from the orbital rim, e.g involutional entropion and ectropion.
