Heterobranchia (ongelijkkieuwige slakken) is een clade binnen de gastropoda.
Vroeger gebruikten auteurs zoals J.E. Gray deze aanduiding als afgrenzing tussen aan de ene kant de Opisthobranchia en Pulmonata en aan de andere kant de overige Gastropoden, die dan wel de Ctenobranchia werden genoemd.
