    Nextstellis (drospirenone / estetrol) is a combination medication that contains drospirenone (a progestin) and estetrol (an estrogen). These components look and act like the natural progesterone and estrogen hormones in your body. Drosperinone and estetrol work together to prevent pregnancy.
