Does Anomura have a phylogeny?
The phylogeny of Anomura and gene rearrangements were reanalyzed by adding mitochondrial genomes. BI and ML analyses revealed the phylogenetic relationship of Anomura through 35 Anomura species and one Brachyura species. The monophyly of most Anomuran was strongly supported except for Paguridea, which had been speculated as a paraphyletic group.
